Long ago, a family lived next to us on Hwy 14 near Coon Valley. Bill Brady was our school bus driver for awhile, that was James’ dad, I think. I am 4 years older than James, but I remember the family so well! My sympathy to you at this time. Sincerely, Mary (Kapanke) Benson, Stoddard.
Thank you Mary. It was a complete shock. He had a perfect bill of health. Jim had massive bleeding in his brain.
Jim was a big help to me many times when I joined Norplex. I trusted his judgment and knowledge. He never let me down.
Thank you, Paul. Words can’t express the feeling of loss.
Jim, you were a special person and friend. You left your mark on many Norplex people. You will always be remembered!
Thank you John. Yes, Jim was an amazing man. His friendships were with him always. ???
May you Rest In Peace with the lord dear Jim. You were a great person to work with !
Thank you, Yvon. Jim spoke of you often. He so enjoyed working with you.
I am so unbelievably sorry to hear this. Jim was my boss for several years at Norplex/AlliedSignal. He was a great boss, so funny, always a story to tell. He was intelligent, vibrant, caring, and a big part of my extended work family as was Jan. He loved his family and he loved his friends. He will be greatly missed. This is so very sad.
Oh Carole. Thank you! After his first brain hemorrhage on Nov. 11th, he suffered a second on Friday, the 12th, during the night. He will be soooo missed ?
I am Joanne, daughter of George and Dorothy Oehrle . Jim was a part of our family, especially during deer hunting season.
I’m sorry for your loss. Hold onto all the wonderful memories, I will too.
I’m sure my parents and brother George have greeted him already!
Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.
Joanne, thank you. Jim and I used to visit your Mom & Dad often. Then we moved to the farm and life got really busy. I can still hear Jim telling your Dad,”Don’t shoot until you SEE the deer”.
Jim, my friend. So many memories, never forgotten, always with a smile.
David, whenever Jim came across some memorabilia, he would reminisce about co-workers. So many memories.
Had the pleasure to have worked with Jim for 30 yrs, Starting there fresh, it didn’t take me long to realize that he was someone you could go to and trust, many, many good times, RIP
So sorry for your loss. Dr. TJ Carr would always enjoy Jim when he would come in.
Jodi (Carr) Hammersmith
Jan, We just heard today about Jim. Oh, so many good memories. We thought so often of you two, talked about getting in touch, and that’s as far as it went. So sad for you. It was always apparent how much you two loved each other. The elk hunt will always stay in Stuart’s memory.
