Janet Marie Grodevant
Janet Marie Grodevant, 75, of Holmen passed away peacefully at her home on January 26. She was born on May 1, 1937 to George Bateman and Pearl Steinstra. She married Leroy Grodevant on October 3, 1970 in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
Janet enjoyed playing bingo and slot machines. She loved shopping and cooking and enjoyed camping with her friends. Janet always liked to help people.
She is survived by her sons, Dennis and David Arnett; stepdaughter, Kathy Grodevant; brother, Al Bateman of Janesville; and sister Judy Muenzenberger of Dakota, MN.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Leroy; twin sister, Janet Parker; and her dog, Cosmo.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 5:30 pm at Coulee Region Cremation Group, 133 Mason St., Onalaska. Rev. Louis Stoker will officiate. A visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until the service on Saturday at the funeral home. Coulee Region Cremation Group is assisting the family at www.couleecremation.com.
