Jeanann Hyslop was born February 19, 1938 and died on Halloween 2013. She raised by Alvina and Wilson Gibson in Arlington Heights, IL and La Crosse, WI. She was smart, talented, a phenomenal athlete, and a great dancer.
Jeanann graduated from “old” Central High School in 1956. She attended Colorado Women’s College and UW-La Crosse where she majored in Physical Education and English with dreams of being a teacher. UW is where she met her wonderful husband, Lorin. They married on December 30, 1959 and shared love and life together for nearly 54 years.
Jeanann is survived by, and will be missed forever by, her husband, Lorin; her two daughters, Kimberlee Hyslop (Jeff Janis) and Dawn (Van) Zimmerman; and 2 granddaughters, Trista and Cali Zimmerman. She was also “Grandma” to Amy Bonadurer. Wrigley will miss her too.
Jeanann was a fun-loving and extremely generous person. She had many friends, especially her bowling buddies. She never forgot a card for a birthday or other special occasion.
To everyone who loved her; she loved you back even more.
