Joseph “Dirty Joe” Robert Kaszczuk, 66, of Rockford, Illinois, Passed away peacefully on Thursday June 4, 2015 in Tomah, Wisconsin. He was born on July 10, 1948 to Joseph and Ida Kaszczuk. He served our country in the Army during Vietnam. He loved working with his hands. He loved building and working on motorcycles and his hot rods. He was a larger than life man that could be hard around the edges but was a truly gentle soul. He would help anyone in need with everything. he had so much knowledge to share. His true enjoyment was to take his Harley and ride wherever nature would take him. He is survived by his daughter Shana (Jeremy) Peterson, Brothers Robert (Geraldine) Kaszczuk of San Antonio, Texas and Michael Kaszczuk of Rockford, Illinois and 3 nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother, Ida (Santamaria) Kaszczuk and both maternal and paternal Grandparents. Shana and Jeremy would like to give a special thanks to the Tomah VA hospice care unit and especially the nursing staff that couldn’t have been anymore amazing. A memorial in Dirty Joe’s honor will be taking place per his final request.

    Shana and family,
    We are sending our condolences and prayers to you and the family, your dad will be missed greatly and now can hang out with my grandma in heaven and look down on us and know he has raised a great daughter. I will miss him a lot I’m getting married again and I remember dad coming to my first wedding on his Harley and in my wedding dress I took pics with aka animal and the bike. Oh the memories love you girl…
