Kathryn L. (Swenson) Jurgella
Kathryn L. (Swenson) Jurgella, passed on October 8th at Emplify Health in La Crosse, due to complications after a long struggle with illnesses.
Kathryn graduated from Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau High School in 1979 and continued her education at Western Technical College later relocating to Milwaukee Wisconsin for quite some time. She returned to the area living in Black River Falls Wisconsin with her longtime partner David.
She enjoyed many interests, a few of which were cooking Norwegian dishes she had made with her grandmother Julia Swenson and traveling. Kathryn was an adventurous person, always on the go and changing things up at a minute’s notice.
Kathryn is preceded in death by her parents Lester Swenson and Janice Bott with whom she will be laid to rest in Black River Falls. She is survived by her brother Daniel A (Laurie) Swenson, their daughter Lacey (Brady) McCabe and their children Aubrianna and Patrick.
