Kenneth “Ken” Allen Grams, age 66, passed away on January 1, 2026, in La Crosse, Wisconsin, after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by family and his close friend, Popeye. He was born on September 8, 1959, in La Crosse.

Ken lived in many places throughout his life but ultimately settled in Mindoro, Wisconsin, which he proudly called home.

Ken is survived by his brothers, Bob Grams (Linda) of Lexington, South Carolina, and Tom Grams of La Crosse, Wisconsin; his sisters, Patti Navrestad (Bob) of Galesville, Wisconsin, and Maxine Weinmann of New Hampshire; along with many beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. He is also survived by his close friend, Ron “Popeye” Addleman,
and his cherished fur babies, Merle and Tilley.

Ken was preceded in death by his wife and soulmate, Martha “Marty” Boerner, and his parents, Donald Grams and Cora “Corky” Grams.

Throughout his life, Ken held many jobs and was known for his strong work ethic. He was a proud United States Marine, serving honorably from 1979 to 1983. Ken was a devoted uncle who took great pride in his family. He enjoyed riding his Harley, gardening, and keeping his yard in great condition. He will be remembered for his kind heart, generosity, and willingness to help anyone in need.

Per Ken’s wishes, no services will be held, as he would want to be remembered as he was. In the spring, both his and Marty’s ashes will be spread in the garden they shared.

We send our deepest condolences to Ken’s family. We bought some land out by him a few years ago and got to see him once in a while. He was crushed when he lost his wife. Find peace knowing he’s with Marty smiling again. If you need help with anything, please let us know. Scott & Dawn Christianson
