LaLonne Strand passed away July 3rd, 2019. She was born October 9, 1946 to Edward and Mildred Kelley.  She married Arnold Strand June 15th, 1970. She worked for several years as a beautician until health issues forced her to retire. She is survived by her brother Edward Kelley Jr,  daughter Kelly (Steve) Bina; grandchildren Seth, Brenna,  and Rayeann.  Step-grandchildren Saphra and Caralyn. Great grandchildren Brinae, Serenity,  and Ackerley. Further survived by her cousin, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Per her wishes there will be no services.
