Laurel Ray Butler, 68, died peacefully on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse. Per his wishes no services will be held.

Like I always say…people from Iowa are the best people on earth and Laurel was a fine example. He will be missed by many. God Bless you Laurel.

Laurel was a good man that I always was glad to have him out on a train. He was always a good man that i felt like he was a friend when I talked to him on the train
