Lenny Richard Berger 63, of LaCrosse, WI Passed away peacefully in his home on Friday July 21st 2023

He was born on December 28th,1959 to Arthur and Melinda Berger in LaCrosse, WI
He was married to Pamela (Hickman) Berger on May 22nd,1999 in LaCrosse WI
His passion included his love for nature and animals. He enjoyed taking his dog Shadow hiking in the woods for morals and ginseng. He enjoyed hunting, trapping, Fishing and in his younger years diving for clams in the Mississippi. He was a very proud handyman who could fix anything. But above all his biggest passion was his love for his family.
Many would say he was a very humble kind man. He had a gentle soul but was a huge jokester and loved making others laugh. He loved helping everyone he could. But above all he had a very generous heart of gold as he gave the love of his life  Pamela a kidney without a second thought 25 years ago this year.
He worked for Steel Supply for 27 years. He also worked for Barney’s Landscaping a number of years.
Lenny is survived by: his wife Pamela Berger, Daughter Melinda Berger, Son Justin Tyler, Siblings : Marlene Pettygrove, Dale ( Connie) Berger, DuWayne (Jean) Berger, William (Marcie) Berger. Many Nieces, Nephews and all of his extended Family and Friends.

I was Lenny and Pam’s neighbor for just about 10 years. He was a very kind person. If my boys or I needed to borrow a tool or needed a hand with anything, Lenny would always help. Unfortunately, I hadn’t seen him for 4 or 5 years before his passing. The world lost a truly good man. My heart and prayers go out to Pam, his daughter and the rest of his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
