Marvin Junior Sagler passed away peacefully on September 11, 2025, at the age of 65. He was born to Marvin W Sagler and Charlotte (Brewer) Maker on February 21, 1960.

Marvin is survived by his second mother, Iva Merle Sagler; his siblings, Darlene (Michael) Goodpasture, Laurie Sagler, Alan (Cathy) Sagler; half-siblings, Joseph (Laurie) Sagler, Lisa (Brad) Delaney, Rick Maker, Deb Maker, Sandra (Patrick) Ruggles, Christy (Rob) Albrecht; step brothers, Randal Getter, Rodney Getter, Greg (Brenda) Bjorge and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents and stepfather, Garland Maker.

Marvin had a kind, quiet, gentle spirit. In his younger years, he enjoyed playing the organ, and had an incredible talent for baking, especially in cake decorating. He was briefly in the Air Force and then worked at Ashley Furniture until the time of his debilitating stroke at the age of 36.

A gathering for remembrance will be held Friday October 10, 2025, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at the American Legion Post 51, 148 Leonard Street, West Salem WI.  Military honors will be performed at 2:00 pm.
