Mary Ann (Bjelde) McEuen
Mary Ann (Bjelde) McEuen, a woman of significant generosity and adventurous spirit, passed away on March 4, 2026. Born in Madison, Wisconsin, in August 1932, to Agnes E. Natvig and Clarence O. Bjelde, Mary Ann’s life was defined by her unwavering partnership with her beloved husband of 62 years, Harold E. McEuen. Together, they were a formidable team, navigating both the world and the business community as owners of several pharmacies, including Service Drugs in Onalaska. Whether traveling the globe or embarking on extraordinary hunting trips, they tackled life side-by-side.
Beyond her sense of adventure, Mary Ann was known for her strength and commitment, dedicating her time and resources to numerous charities, FNAWS, Ducks Unlimited, Shriners Children Hospitals to name a few. She now joins Harold, her parents, her stepmother Jeannette Smith Bjelde, and her brothers Clarence Omar, Michael Alan, and Roger James in peace. She is survived by her loving brother, Randall (Sanae) Bjelde, and her legacy lives on through her devoted children, Marilyn (Ed) Wininger and Timothy (Kathy) McEuen, as well as her many cherished nieces, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at English Lutheran Church 1509 King St, La Crosse, WI. Pastor Becky Goche will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to service. There will be a lunch to follow.
