Kenneth McCrimmon, 87, of Claddagh House in La Crescent, MN, died Sunday, August 15, 2010. 

Ken was born September 5, 1922 in Prince Rupert, B.C. Canada to John and Elizabeth (Kilmartin) McCrimmon.  Ken was a World War II veteran proudly serving with the Canadian Army.  After the war, he moved to Minneapolis, MN and became an American citizen.
 
He is survived by his niece, Karen (Steve) Sheetz of Onalaska, WI; his nephews, Jack Newmann of Cary, NC, and Jim (Donna) Newmann of Whitewater, WI; and his great-nieces and nephew, Kaycee, Cory, Shanna, and all of their families.  He is also survived by his 2 step-sons Marc and Robert Stewart of Sweden.
 
Ken was preceded in death by his twin sister, Jean Wilson and sister, Isabel Newmann.
 
A private family gathering to honor and remember Kenny will be held at his niece Karen’s home on Sunday, August 22.
