Stig Eric Meyer
Stig E. Meyer, 58, passed away peacefully at home in Onalaska, WI on Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018. He is survived by his devoted companion, Diane Wright; son, Alexander (Brianna); mother, Siv Ann; father, Stanley L.; brother, Steven (Jane); sisters, Sharyl (Richard) Showers and Signe (Russell) Haakenson; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Stig’s close relatives in Sweden mourn together with us.
Visitation will take place at Coulee Region Cremation Group, 133 Mason St. Onalaska at 1PM Saturday Feb. 17, with a memorial service at 2PM. A celebration of life gathering will immediately follow until 4:30PM.
The family sends a special thank you to the staff of Mayo Clinic Health Systems for their excellent care.
All memorials will be presented in Stig’s name to the American Legion Legacy Scholarship Fund. The Legacy Scholarship Fund provides Scholarships to the surviving children of military personal killed in action since 9/11.
