Of La Crosse- Randolph S. Jacobs, 58, died Friday, October 1, 2010 at the Department of Veteran’s Affairs in Tomah. 

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at 7:00 PM at the Neighborhood City Church, 525 South 7th St., La Crosse.  A gathering of family and friends will be from 6:30PM until the time of the service at the Church on Thursday.  Coulee Region Cremation Group is assisting the family.
