Reita Joann Weber (Page), 84, passed away unexpectedly on May 12, 2025. She was born on January 25, 1941, to Robert and Florence Page. Reita was the fifth child out of fifteen children. She was raised in Onalaska, Wisconsin, where she went to Onalaska High School. Reita married Rober Weber, the love of her life, on August 10, 1957.
Reita worked at La Crosse Footwear (Rubber Mills) for 35 years. She was an active member of the Onalaska American Legion Post 336 for most of her life. Reita was known as the Bingo Lady when it came to Sunfish Days and Onalaska Community Days. She has run the bingo tent between both of those events for over 35 years. In her younger years Reita would volunteer for anything when asked and she would gladly
volunteer her kids at the same time. Reita loved to play Bingo and go to the casino. She also loved to play cards, dice, board games and dominos and kind of game with family and friends. She was always putting a
puzzle together. Everyone that stopped by would help put a piece or ten together with her.
Reita was also known for taking in friends and family in need of a safe place to stay. She provided them not only food and shelter but with love and moral support.
Reita always tried to make every holiday extra special. She loved having her Christmas tree up for as long as she could and she literally put as many lights as possible on every branch of her tree. Her tree was always beautiful and bright every year. Reita loved her family more than anything, they meant to the world to her. Whether just sitting around the table eating on a holiday or just talking on the phone with them. Any little news about their lives made her day. She looked forward to phone calls from her
granddaughter Skyler.

Aunt Reita was always so kind to all she came in contact with. This world is a better place because she was here and loved and cared for so many!
