My thoughts are with Rick’s family. I became very good friends with Rick back in 1995 when he invited me over to his house to listen to his stereo. My jaw almost hit the floor, as I never heard anything like it. Rick’s passion for music was second to none. Nothing brought more joy to Rick than his love of playing guitar or the endless nights of listening to music on his stereo. Without Rick, I would have never known the difference between Mahler and Tchaikovsky, or Davis and Coltrane. You will be missed buddy.

Even though I never got the chance to meet Rick personally, His love for pure sound & wonderful music was infectious. The wealth of knowledge and wisdom he passed along to me are priceless. I bought a pair of his speakers over the Internet a while back and for the past 3 years we would email back and forth. I will miss all our chats about our music gear and what LP’s we are currently listening to or even what deals we most recently found. He was a nice and generous man. Thank you for your friendship! You will be missed Rick! My thoughts and prayers are w/ the family.
