Rose Patricia Schroeder
Rose Patricia Schroeder, 64, of Chaseburg, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 12, 2015 at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse. She was born on December 24, 1950 to Vernald and Helma Parsneau.
Rose had a deep faith and loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She enjoyed gardening, cross stitching, native crafts, fishing, movies, woodworking, playing games, cooking, baking, sewing, and music. She had a great sense of humor through good and bad times. Most of all Rose enjoyed spending time with her friends and family.
She is survived by her son, James (Angela) Boisen; daughters, Erin Schroeder, Shawna Schroeder; special friend, Chris Melby; 14 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 4 brothers; 4 sisters; and many other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Paul Schroeder; and sister, Sharon Parsneau; brother in law, Bill Zonki.
The family would like to thank Select Specialty Services and Gundersen Health System Hospice.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at Grace Evangelical Free Church, 915 County Rd B, Viroqua, WI with visitation one hour prior to the service also at the church.
Coulee Region Cremation Group is assisting the family.
my condolences to rose,s family truly she is with her lord and savior JesusChrist. I have many fond memories of her early years, as i was friends with her and her 2 brothers
David and John In fact she introduced me to my future wife Noreen Huwald when I was 17. we were married at 18 and lived a wonderful life with 3 daughters until she went to be with the lord at age 54.
Rose was a very special friend to Noreen since they were young teens throught there lives, I wil miss her earthly precence, but comforted she is with her Lord. I had just found out about rose,s passing just this week when i run into John schorder
