Russell Marion Armstrong, Sr., of Stoddard, WI, passed away peacefully in his home on December 12, 2016 from a long battle with cancer. His daughters; Netta Puskar and Nancy Walters were at his side. He was born January 21, 1932 in DeBeque, Colorado to Frank and Oneta Armstrong.
He was preceded in death by his wife Genina Belle Armstrong and son Russell Marion Armstrong, Jr., granddaughter Jennifer Lynn Armstrong, parents, Frank and Oneta Armstrong, brother, Wallace Armstrong, and sisters, Nettie Graham and Jeannie Tomosieski.
He is survived by his children, Nancy Walters (Steve) of Stoddard, WI, Netta Puskar (Michael) of Panama City Beach, FL, Mark Armstrong, unknown location, grandchildren, David Lester (Kiira) of Onalaska, WI and his 3 boys Matthew, Anders, and Finn, Jeremey Puskar (Amanda) and his 3 children, Ella, Kayleigh and Ethan of Panama City Beach, FL, Candice Lester of Ervine, CA, Dustin Armstrong of Eugene, OR, Chasey Armstrong of Eugene, OR and Cassie Puskar and her son Noah of Panama City Beach, FL.
A private family service will be held on Saturday, December 17th in Stoddard, WI.
