With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Sharon Lynn Stuhr, who left us peacefully on May 30, 2024, at the age of 60. Born on February 26, 1964, in Houston, Texas, Sharon lived a life filled with love, joy, and a deep appreciation for the beauty of the world around her.

Sharon was a devoted mother to her two sons, Christopher Stecker and Jesse Stecker, and a beloved grandmother to her grandchildren, Zoey Stecker and Zane Stecker. Sharon also had a daughter, Sarah Brooke, who was adopted by another family at birth but always held a special place in Sharon’s heart. Her family was the center of her world, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

A true poet at heart, Sharon had a passion for writing poetry. Her words resonated with many and will continue to inspire those who read them. She found joy in the simple things, especially being surrounded by nature, listening to music, and embracing every moment with love and fun.

She is survived by her sons, Christopher and Jesse Stecker, her daughter, Sarah Brooke, and her grandchildren, Zoey and Zane Stecker.

A virtual funeral service will be held at a later date, allowing family from around the United States to come together and celebrate Sharon’s life. Details will be shared once arrangements are finalized.
