Shelly Ann Schuldt
Shelly Ann (Landsom) Schuldt, 37, of Onalaska, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 17, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on August 30, 1977 in Caledonia, MN, to Don and Bev Landsom. She married Mike Schuldt on October 24, 2009 at St Paul’s Lutheran Church in Onalaska.
Shelly attended Spring Grove public school and Winona State University. Because of her caring and compassionate nature she enjoyed working at Barge Chiropractic for several years before working for Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, in the physical therapy department. Shelly was passionate about her family and loved spending time with her daughter Ari. She also had a love of animals, especially horses, and loved competing with her favorite horse, Bud. Shelly loved spending time with her family at her parent’s farm and enjoyed horseback riding with Ari.
Shelly is survived by her husband, Mike; daughter, Arianna; parents, Don (Bev) Landsom; brothers, Corey (Angela) of Galesville, Chad (Suzanne) of Miami, FL, Craig (Lisa) of Mankato, MN; nephews, Damian, Caleb, Cal; nieces, Olivia, Aubry, Jaiden, Trista, Addison, Caitlyn, Kylie, Chloe, Alley, Megan, Courtney; brothers in law, Joe (Brianna) Schuldt, sister in law, Kathy (Paul); father in law, Mick; mother in law, Carol; grandparents, George (Muriel) Wiemerslage, grandmother, Emma Landsom; and closest friend Marti Boisen.
She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Milford Landsom; and nephew, Bennet Landsom.
The family would like to thank Gundersen Health System Hospice and the 6th floor staff at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse for their care and compassion.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at St Paul’s Lutheran Church in Onalaska, with visitation from 1:00pm until the time of the service also at the church. Pastor Bill Bader will officiate with Pastor Joshua Bodden concelebrating.
Coulee Region Cremation Group is assisting the family.
