Timothy Allen Fry

Timothy Allen Fry was born June 14, 1979 on Flag Day  in La Crosse to Kristine (Mellen) and Thomas Fry.  He graduated from Logan High School in 1997.  After graduation he worked for Quillin’s in the meat departments of various  La Crosse stores.  He reconnected with classmate Stephanie Perry and her infant daughter, Hayley. In February of 2003 they married and he became Hayley’s stepdad.  His daughter, Madelyn was born in 2004 and son Jackson followed in 2005. They settled in Cashton where Tim worked as a “Meatman” for Hanson’s IGA.  Tim and Stephanie later divorced.  In 2016 he bought his home in La Crosse and Tim went to work as the smokehouse manager in Bangor for Hanson’s.   He was employed there until the time of his death.

Tim is survived by his children, Madelyn and Jackson and step daughter, Hayley Perry, his parents, Tom and Kris, brother and sister-in-law, Christopher and Kristine, niece, Ella and nephews, Hayden and Layne.  His special friend, Kayla and her son, Naz, and ex wife Stephanie, as well as his cats, Diego and Baby Kitty.  Also by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by this maternal grandparents, Earl and Enid Mellen, paternal grandparents, Cyrus and Evelyn Fry, several aunts, uncles and a cousin, and his best little buddy, Webster.

A celebration of Tim’s life will be held at Bethel Lutheran Church, 1931 Loomis St., on Saturday, February 5, At 11:30 am.  Visitations will be from 4:30 pm until 6:30pm on Friday. February 4th at The Gathering Place, 133 mason St. Onalaska and from10:00  am until the service on Saturday at the church. Pastor Kris Buerke-Ullman will do the service.  Masks are recommended even if vaccinated.  There will be a memory sharing time during the service for Tim’s friends and family to share happy memories of Tim.   Memorials will go into Madelyn and Jackson’s education accounts.

The family wishes to thank 6th floor infusion center at Mayo in La Crosse and the  ICU care team in Rochester for their help and consideration during this difficult time.  Interment will be in the spring .
