Warren Allen Wicklund, 61, of La Crosse, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Bethany St. Joseph Care Center in La Crosse. He was born April 16, 1952 to Herman and Jenny Wicklund.

Warren enjoyed fishing, sports, music, fine food, golfing, playing cards, spending time with his beloved dogs and mostly his grandchildren.

He is survived by his sons, Eric Wicklund, Jeffrey (Alicia) Wicklund; grandchildren, Peyton, Lennox; brother, Kenneth (Debbie) Wicklund; sister, Patricia (Tim) Adcock; uncle, Charles Adams; cousins, Delores, Steve; former wife, Michelle Wicklund; loving granddogs, Drake and Holly; and many other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

The family would like to thank Dr. Emily Winslow and Nurse Judy Lopez of UW Madison, and the care providers of Bethany St. Joseph Care Center and Mayo Clinic Health System.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at 6:00 pm at the Coulee Region Cremation Group, 133 Mason St., Onalaska.  A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
