Alan L. Blencoe, 70, of Holmen, passed away September 14, 2021. He was born  in Black River Falls to Walter and Opal Blencoe. He was a proud veteran who served in Viet Nam. My condolences to Al’s family. When he was a dispatcher, I worked at Onalaska Police Dept. We met when he called & asked what flavor our aqua cars were,
I said, “Blueberry”. We then met face-to-face at a training of “How to Deal With Difficult People”. He had a sense of humor that only his family & friends understood. His family is in my prayers!
