ONALASKA – Amy M. Andrews, 43, of Onalaska, passed away Monday, April 17, 2023 at Gundersen Hospital in La Crosse after a short diagnosis of terminal cancer. She was born November 22, 1979 in Sullivan, Indiana.

Amy always placed family as her top priority. She loved the outdoors and spending her free time fishing, camping, and mushroom hunting. If those weren’t on the agenda, a Hamms by the fire would do just fine.

Amy is survived by two sons, Gage and Xane Andrews, her mother, Lisa (Burns) Lisowski of Mondovi, WI, father, John Andrews of St. Croix Falls, WI, brother, Matt Andrews of Duluth, MN, and stepfather, Steve Lisowski of Modovi, WI.

Amy was the manager of Toppers Pizza in Onalaska and was fiercely dedicated to her job. She had developed a family-like bond with many who worked with her.

She will be greatly missed by everybody that knew her.

A private service will be held by the family.

Condolences

I worked with Amy a very long time ago and remember her lovingly! She was the kindest person and it was my first job and I remember her being so welcoming, kind and positive. I’m so saddened by her loss but know she did good in this world…..she will always be remembered! I’m so sorry for your loss! Please accept my deepest sympathy!

I am so sorry for your loss, I knew Amy in middle school and high school at Fall Creek. She used to sleep over and we would watch Saturday night live and eventually we liked watching “scary movies” together, starting with “Child’s Play”. She was a really great friend. She will be greatly missed.

I’m so sad to hear the news of her passing. Amy was one of the coolest people! I fondly remember causing trouble with her in high school!! She will be missed!!
