Oh man, I’m so sorry to see this. I worked with Ardie at Meuniers for a few years. He was the absolute funniest man. He made coming to work a total joy. I only had the pleasure of running into him a few times in the past 30 years but everyone was like we just picked up from when we were kids. Prayers and thoughts of comfort to his family.

So sorry for your loss! I last saw Ardie around 4 years ago. Used to work with him at Ashley Furniture years ago. Miss those good times. Ardie was a pleasure to work with. Sorry we weren’t able to make the visitation.

I’ll never forget ya, Ard! We had some great times and I even learned a thing or two from you…how to sneak into the Fair from the back way and to appreciate the pleasures of Levi Garrett chewing tobacco. I’ll never forget that Firebird (always envied you that magnificent machine) and I discovered the hard way that one should never take you for a ride on a motorcycle. But you were truly one to ride the river with and I cherish our times together…coon or deer hunting or just having a little fun with the ole Skinflint himself, Jerome. There was never a dull moment when Ard was around. I will miss you, old friend. Till we meet again…

Ardie was one of a kind, we all agree on that. The world was a better place with him in it. I think his life goal was to make everyone smile and laugh and he definitely was good at that.
Now he has everyone in Heaven roaring with laughter.
He will forever have memories in our heart.
