I’m so very sorry to hear about Barb. I worked with her at Gundersen many years ago and enjoyed her so much. We even took a Spanish class together and she was always trying to get me to speak more Spanish – unfortunately it didn’t work for me : )). Barb will be truly missed. My deepest sympathy to each of you.

I would like to acknowledge Mom’s career her 33 years of service as a dedicated employee at Gunderson Luthern Medical Center her Title Accredited Medical Technician. Mom was so especially Proud of this, both my Children were born here and Mom insisted on taking full charge of each Benjamin’s & Hailee Birth Certificates!! Mom was there at Gunderson to hold my hand during both of My live Births?
Moms name is even on the wall at Gunderson Lutheran Hospital!!!
You could not go to Moms hospital without a personal tour from Mom ?
Mom made so many very good friends thru her years here! Monthly Lunch Dates with a group of Moms Favorite Ladies!!!
I, We owe Gunderson Lutheran Moms the many extra years of life believe date to be 12/10/2006 Mom had a full blown heart attack at her home she was clinically dead for 5 mins… without the quick response of Moms a companion Jesus’s quick 911 call and CPR until medical arrived Mom we would not have had this extra time … After so much time at the hospital among other things Mom needed open Heart surgery and a pace maker… this damaged Moms Heart believe 40% not functioning …Mom was given a second Change on Life…
She got to meet and enjoy her Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren. I, we have to be truly Blessed… I,We Thank you God & Gunderson Lutheran Hospital & of course Moms Companion of 42 years Jesus Labrador for this Many extra years… and Mom for taking such good care of herself to allow the 79 years of Life ❤️
    This is My Story ???
Rest in Peace Mom Love 4 ever & Beyond… Until our Souls Meet again You will be sorely Missed ❤️❤️❤️❤️

So sorry for your loss! I had the pleasure of getting to know Barb as a co-worker at Gundersen. I thought she was very kind, a little quiet but always had a smile. It was obvious her family was the biggest hi-light of her life.
