Betty Jean (Streich) Stanislowski
Betty Jean (Streich) Stanislowski, 76, of Trempealeau, passed away peacefully Saturday, May 30th surrounded by her loved ones.
She was born March 19th, 1944 to Harold and Marian (Schultz) Streich in Minneiska, MN. The family later moved to Trempealeau, WI where she graduated from Healey Memorial High School in 1962. She married Alvin Robert Stanislowski on January 8th, 1966 at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Trempealeau.
Betty held various jobs over the years. She ran a cleaning business with her mother Marian, held many manufacturing jobs, and worked as a waitress. Betty owned and operated Centerville Recycling with her husband Alvin for 41 years.
She is survived by her children, Alvin “Rob” Stanislowski Jr., Diane Stanislowski, and Dafney (Jason) Tepp. Grandchildren Jeffrey (Cassie) Thompson, Andrew (Courtney) Stanislowski, Allen (Shelley) Stanislowski, Ella Tepp and Avery Tepp. Great Grandchildren Bentley Thompson, Brody Thompson, and Alexandria Stanislowski. She is also survived by her sister, Sandra (Rodger) Kramer.
She is preceded in death by her husband Alvin Robert Stanislowski Sr., an unborn daughter, her parents Harold and Marian Streich, her sister Darlene Hofschulte, and many other family members.
The family would like to send a special thank you to Janelle Weaver and the hospice team at Mayo Clinic Health system.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 13th from 11am-1pm at The Gathering Place, 133 Mason St., Onalaska.

Very sorry for your loss, prayers to all ? I worked with Alvin at LB White for several years, he was my buddy, called him Mr.LB White,miss him very much.
