Brian “Buzz” Kehr

Brian "Buzz" Kehr, 58, of French Island passed away peacefully at home on October 31st, 2018, after a short and courageous battle with cancer. He was born to Richard and Janice Kehron August 20th, 1960 in La Crosse.  He married Lisa Miller August 10th, 1985.  He was employed with Outers ATK for 35 years and Behrens Manufacturing for 5 years.  He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, gaming with his granddaughter Savannah, listening to headbangin' rock, and attending concerts with his daughter.  He also loved cooking, grilling, and spending time with his grandchildren.  Brian was preceded in death by his father Richard, brother Robert, grandparents, and parents-in-law. He is lovingly remembered by his wife Lisa; mother Janice; daughter Carly Guy; daughter Marissa (Cody) Miles, and grandchildren Savannah and Peyton; Siblings Rick (Judy), Dave (Dawn), Nancy (Steve), and Jeff, nieces, nephews, and extended family. The family would like to thank the Gunderson Lutheran Oncology and Hospice departments.  A special thanks to Brian with Midwest Respiratory & Rehab.  A Celebration of Life will be held at Robin's Nest on French Island, Saturday November 10th at 2pm.

    Wow, I’ll never forget sundays at Dick and Jans for grilled chicken with the family. No doubt where he got his grilling credentials. I was saddened to read about his passing.
