So sorry to hear this, Sue. She must have been a wonderful person and mom to raise a caring friend and teacher like you. Knowing you I’m sure she felt your love. I discovered she was married to your dad at my home church one year before my wedding. Wonder if I had met her as I was growing up there.

Uncle Bob, Susan, Mike, & Raven ~ We are so very sorry for the passing of Aunt Darlene. She was truly an angel on earth, caring for family, friends, and the community with her whole heart. Her light may be gone from our lives but it now shines down from above. She was one of the most wonderful, giving people ever. May her legacy live on in her family and friends.

Prayers for the Dayton family. Darlene was the most “welcoming” person I know. She was a friend to all. I met her at the Legion. And she was my son-in-law’s Aunt (Pat Dayton) God bless!
