David A. Bender (5/13/1954 – 07/24/2021)
It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the passing of David Bender. Dave was born May 13, 1954 to Leonard and Constance Bender. He served 2 years in the US Navy. After that he returned to Galesville to farm with his dad for many years. He also worked at West Falia for a number of years. He was a skilled carpenter. He took great pride in his lawn and landscaping.
He is survived by his wife, Theresa; son, Shane Bender (Jenni); step son, Bob Byrne (Tina); grandkids, Allan, Whitney, and Baby due in September; Sister, Lesley Duell (David); brother, Jim Bender (Peg); father in law and good friend, Robert Muller; sister in law, Sherry Flory (Mike); and brother in law, Charles Muller (Betsy).
He was preceded in death by his parents; mother in law, Victoria Muller; brothers in law, Juno and Timothy Muller.
At the request of David, no funeral will be held.
Coulee Region Cremation Group is assisting the family.
Theresa, am so sorry to hear about Dave. I know he was suffering and he is in a bettrr place now, pain free. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. If you need an ear or a shoulder I am always here for you.
