Delores Jane Wang

Delores Jane Wang, age 73, of Onalaska, WI (formerly of Holmen), passed away peacefully on July 17, 2020 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, MN with her son and daughter by her side.

She was born on May 13, 1947 to Olga (Christianson) and William Hoefke.  She married David Wang on February 16, 1977 in La Crosse, WI.

Delores enjoyed spending time with her kids and their spouses going for long drives in the countryside visiting her old stomping grounds and sharing memories.  She liked watching birds and playing with her cats at home.  She liked being able to find and stay in contact with friends and family from her early years.  She enjoyed listening to her old country records and even liked some of the music that her kids listened to.  She liked spending time in the kitchen making new dishes and old favorites.

She is survived by her son Richard (Dheadra) Wang of Winona, MN and her daughter DeeAnna (Dan) Erdman of La Crosse, WI, a sister Janice Clott of Holmen, WI, several nieces & nephews, cousins, and many special friends, especially Judy Holley Peterson and Rich Erickson.

Delores was preceded in death by her parents, husband, aunts, uncles, cousins, as well as close family friends.
