Doris Faye Hartley, 71 of Tomah, WI passed away peacefully on November 17, 2021 at Gunderson Hospital in La Crosse, WI.  She was born on February 9, 1950 to Louis & Lera (Kline) Holste.  She married David Hartley December 2, 1967 in Tomah WI.

She is survived by her husband David, 3 children: Dorina Hartley, Douglas (Pattie) Hartley, Deborah Hartley, 6 Grandchildren:  Amber (Ryan Pergande) Betthauser, Krista (Joe Peterson) Betthauser , Samantha (Justin) Marsh, Cole (Amber) Hartley, Wyatt (Destini) Hartley, Kylee Thompson and 7 great grandchildren: Aviana Pergande, Augustyna Pergande, Myron Pergande, Bowyn Peterson, Remington Hartley and 2 new great granddaughters expected next year, 1 brother Jerry Dean Kline and several sister and brother in laws.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, 2 brothers Stanley “Lou” Kline, Bradley “Butch” Kline, Mother and Father in-law and 1 nephew Arthur Curtis Kline.

There will be no service per her request.
