Gordon Argyle Greene

Gordon Argyle Greene, 80, of Holmen, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2019 at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse

He was born on October 27, 1939 to William and Beverly Greene.  He married Debbie Hazelbower on April 28, 1995 in La Crosse, WI.

Gordon loved watching the Packers and Brewers, fishing, family swim parties, and travelling (especially to Las Vegas).  Most of all he loved spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie; brother, Gary; son, Charlie (Mary Kay); daughters, Debbie, Michele, Tracy, Geraldine, Deanna; stepchildren, Mindi, Missy (Chad), Darrell, Carissa (Brad), Ricky, and  Jordan (Kayla). 31 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Gale, Willard, William; and grandsons, David and Travis.

The family would like to thank the staff at Gundersen Health System, Especially Allie.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 1901 E Church Rd, West Salem, WI.

Pastor Jason Schockman will officiate, with visitation from 9:00 am until the time of the service. Lunch to follow service.
