Janet Catherine Boharsik (Teale), 83, of Onalaska, WI, passed away Monday, December 14, 2020, as a result of coronavirus. Janet was born in Philadelphia, PA on July 5, 1937, to James A. and Marian (Bates) Teale, both of Philadelphia, PA.

Janet spent the first part of her life living in Philadelphia, graduating high school, working, and giving birth to two daughters. She moved to Onalaska in 1974 with her mother and daughters. Janet worked at Duratech Industries and Mike’s Building Supply until 2006 when she retired.

Janet enjoyed attending her granddaughter’s piano recitals and choir concerts, and watching her grandson play football all the way from age six through high school. Janet enjoyed staying connected to extended family and friends via phone calls, especially to her lifelong friend Marie Cuthbertson in Philadelphia.

Janet was preceded in death by her father in 1973, her mother in 1991, her brother James Teale of Onalaska in 1998 and her son-in-law Michael Lund of Arcadia in 2010. She is survived by her daughters, Catherine Lund of Arcadia and Janine Wuttke (Joshua) of Mindoro, her grandchildren Mariah Manke and Aaron Manke, both of Mindoro, and many nieces and nephews.

Janet knew Jesus and is now in the arms of the loving Father. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A small service will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at the home of her daughter Janine.
