Jeff was born January 2nd, 1952 in Milwaukee, WI.  He lived there into his teens and then in the Twin Cities area until moving to La Crosse in 1969. He graduated from La Crosse Central in 1970. In 1974, Jeff married Beth Naas. They had two daughters, Lillian born 1977 and Kendra born 1981. They were later divorced in 1987. Jeff worked a variety of occupations, from being a veterinary assistant to liquor sales, running Chubs Pub thru the 1990s and home improvement product sales. He also worked in construction related fields throughout most of his life. In the later 80s, Jeff went into flooring installation full-time. He took great pride in this work and was very dedicated to quality. In 1988, Jeff was blessed to meet the most wonderful woman, Cheryl Harriman, who he fell in love with. Together they had some of the happiest times of Jeff’s life. They enjoyed traveling to different areas of the U.S and just being together. Cheryl stayed by his side through injuries and illness; for that he was very grateful.

Jeff is preceded in death by his mother Geraldine and his grandmother Katherine

Jeff is survived his father Joseph, brothers Joseph, David and Andrew, sisters Hope and Wendy, and several nieces and nephews. He also is survived by his daughters Lillian and Kendra, and very special grandsons, Hunter, Kyler and Isaac, and great-grandson Liam.

He loved them all very much and regrets not being able to be with them. Jeff was somewhat a private person and not the easiest person to get to know; however, if you did know him you found a great sense of humor. He was always glad to help out anyone in any way he could and never intentionally hurt anyone. Cheryl, I have always loved you and even though I may be gone, my love will always remain.

Jeff passed away peacefully August 27, 2021 surrounded by family.  Coulee Region Cremation Group is assisting the family.

Condolences

Loved my Brother Jeff. While a distance in age separated us. I tried to get close a few times. A few laughs, and again time apart. Jeff was a good guy. I really wish I had been a better, Brother, and Person to him, as I believe he deserved that from me….No matter the circumstances. Sometimes we all need to reach out. Even to those that we cannot touch.
      RIP Brother..
