Joan was a good friend in high school. We had many fun times together with Rosie, Marilyn, Kathy, and several others. We used to go to her house and her mom, Queeny would make us wonderful fried rice. So sorry for your loss. Just know that I will have have good memories of her. Susan Brandau Haville

She was a mom figure to me and many other friends of Shane and
Tyler. She was always understanding yet stern with us unruly kids and always made sure we were safe. She will be missed and is in all of our hearts. That place in time was among my favorite memories and I’m sure others as well. Rest easy Joan. Love and respect always
