Obituary
Karen Anne Weber
Karen Anne Weber, 58, of Onalaska, passed away on Tuesday March 26th2019 at Mayo Clinic Health System – Franciscan Healthcare surrounded by her loving family. She was born in La Crosse, WI on July 19th1960 to Edwin Hill and Carole (Dickson) Smith. On Christmas Day 1981, she married the love of her life, Don Weber, in San Diego, California. They lived there many years before relocating back to La Crosse in 1995.
In addition to her husband of 37 years, she is survived by her children: son Jessie Weber and his wife Kristina and their children Tristan, Mason, and Jayden, sons Cory Weber, Dustin Weber, and daughter Nicole Weber and her boyfriend Jesse, all of the greater La Crosse area. In addition, she leaves behind her beloved Siberian Husky, Denali. She is also survived by her mother Carole (Charles) Smith of Onalaska, sister Shari (Waylon) Erdmann of Nodine, MN, and brothers John (Shirley) Hill of Dakota, MN and Dave Hill of Wabasha, MN. She also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. She will be forever loved and missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her father Edwin Hill and sisters Lisa (Hill) Copus and Jackie Hill.
Her family will be forever grateful for her oncologist Dr. Sadek and the entire Cancer Center staff at MCHS for giving us the most precious gift- more time with her. We would also like to thank the staff of 7thMedical at MCHS for their kind and compassionate care at the end of her life.
A private family gathering will take place on Tuesday April 2nd2019. Coulee Region Cremation Group is assisting the family.
