Linda (Lancour) Kleinschmidt
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Linda (Lancour) Kleinschmidt, age 67, on September 2, 2026, after a short battle with cancer.
Born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, she spent 16 years working for the G. Heileman Brewing Company (Teamsters Union), and later for Kwik Trip.
Linda was kind and empathetic and loved helping others. She was most proud of her grandchildren and loved every minute she was able to spend with them. Some of her happiest moments were spent with them building Lego sets, collecting coins, or watching movies. She also enjoyed working in her garden, wood working, baking cookies, and camping with her husband, friends, and family.
She is survived by her husband, Bill; her sister, Debbie (husband Kevin); her sons, Michael and Shane; her grandchildren, Mersadi, Jordan, Ali, Ryan, and Jayden; along with her faithful companions Sophie, Bruiser, and Pixie. She was preceded in death by her mother, Arlene (Olson) Lancour.
Linda also had many family members and friends whom she loved with all her heart. Her presence, generosity, and devotion to the people she cared for will be remembered by all who knew and loved her.
Per Linda’s request, no services will be held.

😭😭😭Bill and family, I am so very sorry for your loss, we loved Linda. she was the best Carmel maker, baker ever. always had a beautiful campsite. All around one of a kind special Lady. May God Comfort you all in this most difficult time.
