Nancy’s loss is shocking. She was such a vibrant and energetic soul, so strong in so many ways. Nancy was a class mate and running mate during my high school years and gave me credit for putting her and Tom Somerville together. I remember her ability to raise the spirits of a whole room in a flash. Her sudden, unexpected departure leaves a hole in the lives of all who loved her.
