Nancy Helen Radomski, 88, of Trempealeau, WI, formerly of Chicago, IL, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Grand View Care Center in Blair, WI. She was born on April 5, 1931 to Helen and Steven Hatta. She married the love of her life, Edward J. Radomski on July 10, 1948 at Franklin Park, IL. They shared 71 happy, loving years together.

Nancy enjoyed all the adventures of raising a family. She worked as a personal banker for many years at a neighborhood bank in Chicago. In 1987, Nancy and Ed realized their retirement dream of moving to their favorite camping area, Trempealeau, WI. Nancy loved country living. She enjoyed gardening, especially her flower beds, and attending local fairs and events. She was an avid bird watcher and was thrilled when a new bird was spotted at the feeders. Nancy often heard “shopping music” and could joyfully spend time browsing in stores. She loved to travel and enjoyed many senior bus and road trips with Ed. Although Alzheimer’s and dementia compromised Nancy’s memory and age slowed her down, Nancy lived a full and wonderful life.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Edward; sons, Edward, Michael (Darlene), Stanley; daughter, Kathleen; son in law, Tom Allen; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and 1 great, great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Susan Allen; daughter-in-law’s, Christine and Nancy; and brother Steven Hatta.

The family would like to thank Grand View Care Center for the kind and compassionate care they gave to Nancy. A private family service will be held.

Condolences

To Ed and Family, we are so sorry for your loss , she was a wonderful person, friend, and neighbor. She had a love for my flowers, and watching my children, then my grandchildren grow up, and especially when my granddaughter would wear her dress up gowns outside for play, it would bring back lots of memories for her. She would share her love for music, cars, and shopping with me. She will be deeply missed by all, she was a wonderful lady, and a wonderful neighbor. Sincerely The Theisen’s
