Nina Sue Butterfield, 65, of La Crosse, passed away peacefully on Saturday May 7th, at her home in La Crosse.
She was born on October 13, to William and Donna Long. She was married to Greg Butterfield October 12, 1991, in La Crosse.
Family was very important to Nina.

She loved getting phone calls and visits from her daughters and grandchildren. She was always kind and caring to others, and always checking up on others. She enjoyed many trips with the love of her life, Greg. She also enjoyed time at church. She always told her daughters and grandkids how proud she was of them. Nina loved playing with her grandchildren, acting silly with them, and making them feel special.

She is survived by daughters, Tricia (Ben) Dimmick, Jenni (Mark) Stenberg, Holly Subbert, Ashley (Joey) Loefflad, and Amanda Butterfield, Her many grandchildren and great grandchildren, Brothers Richard, Bill, Shawn, and Steven, Sisters Renae and Stacy, Sister-in-laws Joanne and Bridget, Brother-in-law Mike, and many others she considered her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Donna Long, her husband, Greg Butterfield, her nephew, Andy Hanson, and her Mother-in-law, Lois Butterfield.

Donations to her church, River of Life, would honor her love of her church.
