Phyllis Ann Luedke

Phyllis Ann Luedke, born on November 10, 1937, in La Crosse WI, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of January 1, 2025. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, partner and friend, who touched the lives of many with her generosity and kindness.

She and her late husband James Luedke shared almost 60 wonderful years together and had 3 children Stephen, Debbie and Kenny. She later learned to laugh and love again with her partner, Raymond Goyette.

Phyllis is survived by her son, Stephen (Debra) Luedke, her sisters Judy (Tony) Trento, Louise

(Don) Luedke, Dennis (Helen) Rohland, Lynette Crist Gussiaas (Duane), Carol Marx, Lorna Harper and Mary Thompson. She is further survived by countless grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and her Loving Partner Raymond who loved and supported her through the good times and bad. He kept her smiling and was a source of comfort and joy to Phyllis.

She is preceded in death by her husband James Luedke, Parents Phillip and Lillian Risberg, her son Kenneth, her daughter Debra and Sisters Lois Weigel, Linda Eggebrecht and Martin Hagel.

Phyllis loved music, especially Elvis Presley, her cats Mindy and Sheba, and her family and friends, and trips to a casino now and then.

There will be a small private gathering for her to be announced by the family later.

Coulee Region Cremation Group is assisting the family at this time.

    My Aunt, I am so happy that we went to visit we have a picture of myself, and Lorna & Carol. I was so very happy to also meet your partner Ray. What a kind and pleasant man. I would greatly appreciate it if you could keep an eye on us here. I am certain your children and my Mom ran up to you with a big bear hug. I love you, and my visit was so enjoyable. 😇❤️

    I am so sorry to hear about Phyllis. She came into the Credit Union that I worked at. I loved visiting with her, taking care of her and just spending time chatting with her. She was very special to me. Ray you have my sincere condolences and prayers to you and her family. She was a very special lady.
