Robert Allen Taylor

Robert A. Taylor, 82, of La Crosse, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2025.  He was born to Kenneth and June Taylor on November 16, 1943 in La Crosse, WI.

He served in the Army and was a Vietnam Veteran.  After the military, he worked at Trane Technologies and Chart as a welder.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia M. Taylor; sisters, Linda (Dan) Kelsey, Judy (Jim) Christel, Diane (Dwain) Novak, Carol Salmonsen, Bonnie Olson, Vickie (John) Montgomery; brothers, Gary Taylor, Mike Taylor, Dennis (Judy) Taylor; and other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Kenneth and Jim; sisters, Shirley and Debra.

A gathering of his family and friends will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at The Gathering Place by Coulee Region Cremation Group, 133 Mason St., Onalaska.

    So many great memories when visiting with Robert & Patty, it was always fun and lots of laughter-wished there could have been more, gone too soon. Peace be with everyone, let happy memories fill in empty spaces. Merry Christmas in heaven…
