Ronald Edward Niebuhr
Ronald Edward Niebuhr, 81, of West Salem, WI passed away on September 22, 2020 with family by his side at his home in West Salem.
He was born on June 10th, 1939 to Robert and Lorraine Niebuhr.
He married Patricia Bahr on October 15, 1958 at St. Patrick’s Church in Onalaska, WI.
He enjoyed wood working which he made many beautiful pieces of furniture for the family, rebuilding and driving cars from his own garage, spending time with his grandkids and family, and was a strong believer in God. He instilled a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility in his children.
Ronald is survived by his wife Pat Niebuhr (Bahr), children Curtis Niebuhr (Jayne), Mark Niebuhr (Teresa), Allan Niebuhr (Terry), Linda Kneifl (Tim), Scot Niebuhr (Lori), his sister Sharon Niebuhr, his 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, and his dog Sparky.
The family would like to thank Dr. David Marinier and Deacon Bob.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s Hospital.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
