Sandra Kay Verse
Holmen, Wis. – Sandra K Verse, 80 died Friday January 5th in Holmen.
She was born September 11th, 1943 in Hampton ,Iowa, to Robert and Lucille (Hawe) Reser
She married Joseph A Verse, who she would later divorce.
Sandra was a hard working single mom, who cares deeply for her two boys and often sacrificed luxuries so they could have what they needed. She also battled cancer for over 30 years and won every time it would resurface. In her later years she cherished time with her family, especially with her grand children.
She is survived by her two boys Joseph (Cathleen) Verse of Texas and James (Tanya) Verse of Holmen; three grandchildren Elizabeth (Yair) Colon of Texas and Keegan and Kyler Verse of Holmen.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Mother, and sister Nancy Stensven.
A private service will be held later in the year.
The family would like to thank the Mayo Hospice team for their caring treatment of Sandra prior to her passing.
So sorry to hear about Sandy. She was a silent strong women and always respected her for that. We will be thinking of her and you Joe and Jim. Always in our thoughts. Don & Lori Ramey.
