Susan Dawn Schultz
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Susan Dawn Schultz of Onalaska, WI on May 20, 2021 at the age of 60. Susan lost her battle with cancer and passed peacefully in her sleep at Gundersen Medical Center with her sons by her side.
Susan was born to Irvin and Lorraine Hill on June 22, 1960, and grew up in Dakota, MN. She graduated from Winona Senior High School in 1978. Susan spent many years in the hospitality industry and was currently working in Environmental Services for Gundersen Health System. She was known for her hard work and received multiple recognitions throughout the years for her exemplary performance.
We will remember Susan’s unwavering dedication to her children and grandchildren, who she loved dearly. She truly shined during the holidays; decorating, entertaining, baking, and most importantly being surrounded by the people she cared about the most. Her free time was spent in the garden and caring for her two dogs, Sam and Jack.
Susan is survived by her siblings Sharon, Sandy, Doug, and Jim, her sons Jaime (Amanda), Ben (Nikki), Matt (Erin), Scott (Desirrae), and her 9 grandchildren. Susan was preceded in death by her father, Irvin, and her mother, Lorraine.
A celebration of Susan’s life will be planned following cremation services.
So sorrow for your loss. Sue was always smiling and a warm friendly person. We enjoyed many bowling nights with her.
