Obituary

Tim Edward Nichols

October 21, 2020 | 12 comments

Tim Edward Nichols, 63, of La Crosse, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2020 at his home.

He was born May 1, 1957 to Isolde (Terri) and Beauford Nichols.

Tim was a kind and sensitive man. He had many hobbies, which included fishing, watching his Green Bay Packers on Sunday at his home with chili on the stove, watching the Badgers on Saturday with a cold one, and the Brewers, look at the hat, an original one.

Reading his Clive Cussler books, feeding the birds, and tending to his big rose bush. He also liked to cook and could turn left overs into something wonderful. Tim also liked his music and liked to sing.

He is survived by his mother Terri (Gary Peterson) and 4 siblings, Steve (Charlene), Renee Cloutier (Matthew), Craig (Valerie) and Angie Cook (Ken) and numerous nieces and nephews. At home he leaves Sharon Grisen and Dusty, his dog. He always said he was lucky by having his family and Sharon in his life.

He is preceded in death by his father Beauford, his maternal and paternal grandparents, and his loved son James. When James passed part of Tim passed also.

A special thank you to Gundersen Clinic Oncology Department and St. Croix Hospice.

A private family service will be held.
