William “Billy/Will” Alan Davis

William (Billy/Will) Alan Davis, 58, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2023, at his home in Onalaska, Wisconsin. He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on January 21, 1965, to William (Bill) Herbert and Margaret (Susan) Davis.

William led an extraordinary life filled with love, dedication, and purpose. He will be remembered as a loving sports fan of the Brewers, Packers, and the MN Gophers. He was an avid learner who enjoyed trivia and chess. He enjoyed spending time outside in nature and watching birds.

He attended grade school at St. Joseph in Black River Falls, Wisconsin, and then and graduated from West Salem High School in 1983. After graduation, he joined the Marine Corps, where he served 4 years and later attended Winona State University.  He went on to work as a Paralegal for various law offices for several years.

William will be lovingly remembered by his mother Susan, and his siblings Mary Servais and Stephanie (Todd) Fox. He is further survived by his nieces and nephews, Chad Servais, Cole Servais, Cailey (Travis) Priem, Jenna Thompson, Taylor Thompson, Hailey Doe, Ethan Doe and multiple great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Bill Davis and sister Theresa Davis.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of William A Davis will be held on September 20, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at The Gathering Place, 133 Mason St., Onalaska.  Father Jim Weighner will officiate.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of there service. Friends and family are invited to attend and share their fond memories of him. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to The Catholic Cemetery Association or Catholic Charities in his name.

William’s memory will forever be etched in the hearts of all those fortunate enough to have known him. May he rest in eternal peace.
